I’ve mentioned this before and I’ll say it again, I LOVE barn weddings. This wedding at the Manor Barn In Wiltshire of Breeze and Matt’s is a perfect example of why I always say that.
I met Breeze through photographing her good friend Franky and Ian’s wedding. It was a few years back in 2016 at Ashdown Park Hotel. Thinking about it… That was a smashing wedding too!
Anyways I digress. I first spoke to Breeze and Matt a few months before their wedding. They mentioned that they wanted a chilled out informal affair. Surrounded by a bunch of their closest friends and family.
That sums up their wedding pretty perfectly actually. Super chilled and super fun, these guys seriously have the most awesome friends. They were up for just about everything! Including Breeze crossing a river IN HER DRESS just for fun more than anything else. If I hadn’t pulled up my trousers and jumped in the river myself to photograph it you wouldn’t believe me!
Their venue was the lovely Manor Barn Wiltshire It’s a family-run venue in the heart of Wiltshire. You can tell that Pippa and the team are able to go the full way to make couples days perfect. It really shows from their attention to detail to the level of flexibility available to each couple.
The barn itself is set on the grounds of a 17th Century Manor House. The brick and flint stone barn has been sympathetically restored to the highest possible standards and it looks STUNNING. I’d love to return and shoot some more weddings there and really get my “Manor Barn Wiltshire wedding photography” nailed.
Throughout the day everyone was so accomodating to Rich (my second photographer who did an awesome job BTW ) and I. I can’t begin to tell you how everyone being up for having their photo taken helps me do my job! So thanks to each and every one of your guests Breeze and Matt!
