CAIN MANOR SURREY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY – KELLY AND MATT
From the moment Kelly got in touch with me after finding me on Instagram (note, follow me on Instagram @willstedmanphoto *shameless plug*) enquiring about their wedding photography I knew we’d get along well! We regularly spoke during the planning stages and as I learned more about both Kelly and Matt the more I became excited about their wedding date!
Based at the stunning Cain Manor which I’ve photographed previously and loved it was good to be back in my local neck of the woods, I really do love that venue it has a good bit of everything from accommodation, nice barn area, good food and lovely staff! www.cainmanor.co.uk
Some moments from the day really will become some of my favourite wedding memories, from the morning when Kelly’s dress wouldn’t zip up and the hook and eye decided to fly off her dress moments before she had to walk down the aisle thankfully a helping staff member from Cain Manor was able to stitch it back on I should mention Kelly thought this was hilarious and was laughing the entire time! haha! Other moments include the speeches Matt’s best man also named Matt or Greeny made a hilarious presentation including some embarrassing videos of Matt from his younger years I think it had everyone laughing including myself. My final favorite moment was when Kelly’s dad saw her for the first time in her dress, he cried, Kelly’s bridesmaids cried and yep… so did I!
I asked Kelly to say a few words and here’s what she had to say
“What can I say, our wedding was magical and everything I have ever dreamed and more! We had our wedding day at Cain Manor, we wanted a rustic wedding with beautiful flowers, candles, real ale made by husbands brewery and an outstanding band, everything came together and I would love to do it all again and again. Dare I say we nailed it! If you’re looking for a photographer to capture your special day, then honestly you don’t need to look any further. Will was amazing, he became part of the family, professional and can keep his head in an emergency! (My dress broke 20 minutes before the ceremony not only did he make me laugh and keep me calm, but he shot off and found needles and thread!) As a bride he made me feel comfortable and he was like an old friend during the preparations and day. He truly has an eye for beautiful shots and angles. It was important to us both that we had amazing photographs and an amazing photographer to capture all the special moments that during a hectic day can easily be forgotten and missed and he’s done just that. I know that in years and years ahead the shots that he took will not only remain epic but they are timeless and will adorn our walls as a backdrop to our future together.”
I’d love to thank Kelly and Matt for having us but id’ love to make a quick mention to both your families and friends, each and every one of you were so welcoming it made our lives easy and made us both feel relaxed! I can’t believe how at home I was made to feel everyone I spoke to was lovely so THANK YOU!
