NONSUCH MANSION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY – LAURA & CAROLINE
WOW! JUST WOW!
I first met Laura and Caroline strangely enough in StLucia whilst I was photographing the wedding of Stu and H. After we were back in the UK Laura and Caroline got in touch and I was absolutely honoured and thrilled when they asked me if i’d like to photograph their wedding!
They got married at the stunning Nonsuch Mansion near Epsom, which by the way is absolutely STUNNING and is a venue I’ve lusted to photograph now for quite some time! With a big thank you to Helen and her team at Nonsuch, they were all incredibly lovely and very helpful throughout the day and into the night. Speaking of the day and night I think we had every season in one day; from cloud, to rain, and then sunshine! With an absolutely mesmerizing sunset at the end of the day and even the stars came out at night! It was truly magical.
You could see that both Laura and Caroline had put a LOT of time and effort into the little details of the day; from the lovely table decor to the cake and schedule of the day, it truly was a wonderful day filled with lots of love and laughter, which every wedding should be! It was what I like to call a photographers paradise… lovely couple, lovely venue, lovely guests = AWESOME WEDDING!
Both my second photographer Stuart and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Laura and Caroline from getting ready in the morning, where they were both far enough to avoid any accidental premature encounters with one another, but close enough in separate rooms at Nonsuch so that we could switch between who we were photographing. The sparks of excitement and energy in both rooms in the morning was truly palpable. There were some surreal and intense moments for both of us that made everything feel so real and genuine.
The ceremony was *struggling for the right words as I write this* just incredible. It truly was and I’m 100% sure I saw a good few people tearing up when they read each other their own personalised vows (myself included might I add).
After some lovely drinks and chats it was time for speeches, dinner and then it was time to get the party started! There was no way this was not going to be an awesome party with TC and The Alley Cats taking the stage. They were seriously kick-ass performers.
I’d like to thank both Laura and Caroline having us and I hope you both love the photos as much as we enjoyed your beautiful day!
